 ->  synch를 위한 시간, 노력, 비용은 커지는 반면 효율을 떨어짐 

 ->  결국엔 사람 없을 때보다 수준 낮은 미팅, 작업 결과 나옴

 

2. 팀 매니저의 시각에서 팀원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 최적의 인원 수는 7명 이내라고 한다 

 

3. 고로, 말 잘 통하고 똘똘한 소수 인원으로 군더더기 없이 최선의 결과물을 만들어 내라 

 

4. 피자 2판으로 충분히 먹일 수 있는 사람 수는 8명 정도. 제프 베조스가 '미팅도 줄이고 미팅 참석자도 최대한 줄이라'는 메시지를 2 pizza rule로 요약하며 유명해짐
